If you are established in another EU country then special VAT rules apply. In essence, the delivery is exempt from VAT if the customer is liable for VAT in another Member State.
Invoices are generated without VAT when your VAT number is entered on my.oxxa.com. This option can be found by navigating to "My Account" and then "My Details". Here you can enter the VAT number under General Contact
If as a foreign buyer you cannot provide a VAT number, we are forced to charge VAT. Back to portal
