When is an autorenew performed?

A domain can be automatically renewed every year.
Such a renewal is sometimes called an "autorenew."

We perform an autorenew by default 30 days before the expiration date.
We do this so that there is time enough to send an email and increase the credit.
It is possible to set the renewal closer to the expiration date, we have a choice of 30, 21, 14 or 7 days in advance.
If you are using direct debit you can also set the renewal to occur on the day of expiration.

To adjust this follow these steps:

1. Log in to my.oxxa.com.
2. In the left menu, navigate to "My Account" > "Settings" > "Autorenew".
3. Here, change the option to the desired number of days, and click "Save".

From now on, renewals will be performed on the specified number of days before the expiration date.
