Where can I find the specification reference of my invoice?

Introduction:
Once you register and/or transfer domain names through your my.oxxa.com environment, you will receive an invoice for this.
The invoice contains a reference to a specification number.
The specification is sent to the profile linked to your my.oxxa.com account.
The invoice is sent to the email address set up in my.todayisp.com.
It is possible that the invoice will be sent to a different email address than the specification.

Want to change your specification email address?
You can often find this email address by logging into your my.oxxa.com
Then search on the word: account and if it's good there will be a profile with the alias: (yourusername account).
If this is not the case, please contact us so we can check it for you.

Want to change your billing email address?
Log in to my.todayisp.nl with your debtor number which starts with OX followed by a few digits.
If you don't know your account number, you can find it on any invoice you receive from us next to the word: Account Number.
Once you are logged in, you can change the administrative contact.

Can I find my specification anywhere else?
Yes, you can also find your specification within your my.oxxa.com environment.
To do so, log in to my.oxxa.com and then go to My Account --> Invoices.
Find the invoice there (click on the button: "show all invoices" to see all already paid invoices as well).
Click on the csv icon to download the specification belonging to the corresponding invoice.
