How do I register / move / restore a .DK domain name?

Introduction
A .DK domain is a ccTLD (which stands for a country) and works differently than a GTLD such as .com / .shop etc. In fact, besides our portal, DK also has its own portal where you can manage (the properties of) domains. (This is DK-hostmaster)

Registering a DK domain
The registration process of a DK domain is basically the same as any other domain.
That is, you can log into our portal, and register the domain name there.

After registering
Once you have placed the order with us, you need to add the nameservers to the DK hostmaster.
You need to perform this for each nameserver.
After placing the order, an email is also sent to the holder of the domain name.
The email contains login information for the DK-Hostmaster Selfservice.
After you receive the email, you should log into the DK-Hostmaster Selfservice and activate the domain name there.
By the way, don't wait too long to activate, preferably do it immediately or the same day.
If you wait too long, DK-hostmaster will remove the activation and the domain will be free to register again.

How do I transfer a DK domain name?
As indicated when registering a domain name, you will receive an email with the DK-hostmaster login details. The transfer of the domain name is basically the same way as all other domains, i.e. you start the transfer via our portal. However, afterwards a task will be created and asked for the DK-hostmaster login details. The task can be found under Activities → Tasks. Our vendor can use this data to modify the payer and proxy so that we become the administrator of the domain name. Once this is done, the domain will be successfully moved.

How do I restore a DK domain name?
Once you delete the domain name with us (whether because the domain was deleted manually, or expired due to insufficient credit) the payer and proxy contact is removed from the domain name by our provider. This way we no longer manage the domain. There is no quarantine/restore option for DK domain names. If the domain name is still active in the DK hostmaster and you want to restore the domain name, you can do so by resubmitting the domain name to us as a move. This will cause our vendor to re-add the payer and proxy data to the domain name.

Can I have multiple DK domains in 1 dk account?
You can, our supplier always tries to link contact profiles that match to the same dk hostmaster id. Should I change the domain properties with you or with the DK hostmaster?
We recommend doing name server changes and contact changes through our portal, rather than the dk-hostmaster. After each change, please contact us at support@oxxa.com and specify which change you want to make so that we can pass it on to our supplier and they can implement it.

How do I change the holder of a dk domain name?
Make the change in our system. If no account has been found yet the dk-hostmaster login details will be sent. Please contact us by sending an email to support@oxxa.com and provide the new DK-hostmaster login details.

Upcoming change to the DK hostmaster system
It was recently announced that dk-hostmaster is going to change their system. This will happen in the year 2021 if all goes well. What exactly is going to be changed is not yet known, but we suspect they are going to make the automation process a little easier. Dk-hostmaster will communicate this directly to the holder, however, our supplier will also inform us about this and we in turn to our customers.
