How do I cancel my agreement through support?

This method of cancellation only applies to cancellations outside my.oxxa.com.

In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, you can cancel in 2 ways.
- Via registered written letter.
- By email.

The cancellation must be received no later than 1 month for private and 2 months for business contracts before the end of the contract.

The cancellation can only be processed if the data match what we have in our system.
For example, if you mail from a different email address, it cannot be processed.
In that case we will send an email to the email address that is known to us, if the cancellation is approved we can still process it.

Please indicate clearly which services have to be terminated.
