Can I use direct debit?

Before direct debit can be activated, a number of steps need to be performed.
In this article we explain how the procedure regarding our direct debit works.

Can I use direct debit?
Yes you can, but we have a few conditions.

What conditions apply?
At least one payment must have been made from the account number to which the direct debit should be activated. Furthermore, there must not have been any major payment arrears in the past.

Can I activate the direct debit myself?
There is no possibility to activate it yourself. Please read the heading: how can direct debit be activated below.

How can direct debit be activated?
Once a deposit has been made from the account number on which you want to request direct debit, a signed direct debit authorization is required, which can be requested from our support. Please send the completed form to support@oxxa.com.

After we have activated direct debit, the following things will change:

  • It is now possible to be in the minus with your credit.
  • Amounts of less than 100 euros in the minus are collected at the end of the month, after which the balance is set to 0 euros.
  • Amounts of more than 100 euros in the minus are collected every Monday and at the end of the week, after which the balance is set to 0 euros.
  • The number of days for renewal of services can possibly be adjusted to 0 days so that the renewal will take place on the expiration date.

Will I still receive an invoice for each order?
As indicated in the overview above, an invoice will be created once a week or once a month. The day of invoicing depends on the amount outstanding at that time.
On the created invoice is a reference to a specification, the specification contains all registrations and removals that have taken place since the previous direct debit.
