How do I get my domain name out of quarantine?

A domain can be released from quarantine in the my.oxxa.com portal by taking the following steps:

1. ?Go to the "Domain Activity" heading at the bottom right of your screen.
2. ?Then click on the "Quarantine" heading.
3. ?Then locate the domain in question, then click on the cart icon.
4. ?Then click on the green shopping cart button at the top right of the screen that contains your items.
   
5. you will now see the corresponding domain in your shopping cart. Then check the checkbox and click on order.
6. after this you will be led to the payment screen where you can make the payment in different ways. After payment the domain will be released from quarantine.

It may take half an hour before the domain is released from quarantine. Once out of quarantine, the domain is again fully under your control.
