How do I set up multi-factor authentication?

It is possible to set up multi-factor authentication in the my.oxxa.com environment.This allows you to receive a code on your phone before you can log into the portal for added security.Before this can be set up you will need an authentication app such as Authy, Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator.
If you have an authentication app installed follow the next steps to set it up:

1. Log in to my.oxxa.com.
2. In the upper right corner of the screen, go to "Change Account."
3. On the next screen, under "Two-step authentication," click "Turn on."
4. Scan the barcode with the installed authentication app and save the backup codes provided somewhere.
5. Click "Close" to close the window.

Now multi-factor authentication is enabled, now when you log out and log in again the will be prompted to enter the code.
