  The more than 10,000 NIS2 organizations and companies are required by NIS2 Article 21.2d to ensure the security of the chain of which they are a part. Based on the risk in the supply chain, they will have to impose cybersecurity measures on their suppliers. That group of suppliers of 50,000 companies will also be digitally secure.
• Increased monitoring and enforcement
  Measures are being introduced to ensure compliance with the NIS2 directive, including financial penalties for non-compliance.
